Design Notes

We set this part to realize expressing BBa_K3396005 and BBa_K3396006 into the same cell through transforming only one kind of plasmid.

Source

The original Trim21 is expressed in human. We did the truncation based on the protein domain information given in Uniprot. Both DocS and Coh2 originally expressed in C. thermocellum scaffoldin. The sequence of GFP-nano we use came from a patent. P2A is used to express two peptides with only one RBS.
